Raw hair is hair that has undergone no chemical changes, no coloring, has not been bleach bathed, has not been mixed with animal fiber and all cuticles are intact. Processed Hair is hair that has undergone a chemical change to achieve certain textures and curl patterns.

A small amount of shedding is normal with any human hair, especially during the first few washes. We hand-select our hair to keep shedding to a minimum. To keep it that way: brush gently from the ends up, avoid pulling on the wefts, never cut the weft, and have your stylist seal the wefts before install.

Our hair is 100% human hair with no animal or synthetic fibers, so it comes in its natural state: dark brown, also called 1B. Want a different color? We offer custom dyeing to the color of your choice for an additional fee.

The longevity of our hair depends on how well you take care of your extensions. With proper care, our virgin extensions can be reused and reinstalled and last one year plus. Constant heat styling, coloring, and improper care will significantly shorten the lifespan of the hair.
