Return & Refund Policy

At Déesse Noire Hair Collection LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Hair products that have been altered, installed, or used are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Refund Process:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

3. Return Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. How to Initiate a Return:
• Contact us at info@deessenoirehaircollection.com within 14 days of delivery to begin the return process.
• Include your order number and reason for the return in your email.

SHIPPING POLICY

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery.

Processing takes up to 2-7 business days ( not all orders will take this long just incase and item is out of stock we like to give extra days to be sure.) We only ship Monday –Thursday. For shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. Priority shipping takes 2-3 business days with USPS. After receiving a tracking number, the shipping activity will become available after 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE:

Déesse Noire Hair Collection isn’t responsible for any lost/damage packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to Déesse Noire Hair Collection. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment.
